How can we stop calls from here,every single day,even though i press #1 to take off call list

They've been calling several times a day every day.  Called back to tell them to stop, agents busy, they called back again, it was obviously someone fishing for information under the guise of "substance abuse helpline".  She kept talking over me and saying "are they willing to get help?"  Very annoying and insulting. She said we put our phone number on their website. She said, 'obviously you're not interested, I will put your number on our do not call list". I said we are already on the do not call list but by then she had hung up on me.

Every single day.. I finally answered and they asked if I needed substance abuse help. I was nice and said no, thank you but two minutes later they call back from a 323 number and asked the same question. This time, I hanged up.
