one call from this number, no msg left, unknown caller, placed it in my reject list

I received a call from this number on my cell phone yesterday. This is the second call in the from the number in the past week. I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer and no voice mail was left.

Received a call from this number. Caller stated, "This is Michael. I'm calling to inquire about your request to refinance your loan." Made no such request. Blocked.

From his accent, he sounded like he was from India or Pakistan.  Said he was calling about a recent inquiry about refinancing.  Blocked.

Wanted me to refi a loan / Phishing

Received a call from this number. He asked for a Michael. And hung up after I started questioning him. Call the number back and it said it was no longer in service.

Spam

Must be a telemarketer.  My outgoing phone message states:  "I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize.  If you have a VALID reason for calling, leave a voicemail and I will return your call ASAP."   This number left no message, therefore it's SPAM and gets blocked.

Robo-call, part of which made it to my voicemail. Definitely a foreign language, possibly Chinese? My brother & I get those from time to time since our surname is traditionally Chinese (although we are not)
