Caller left message.  Didn't identify themselves, and tried to make it sound as if I might have won a prize and to call them back.  It sounded really shady.  I'm not calling them, but want to know who this is?

caller ID said "Anthem".  Left message saying they were from Regence medical ins" just wanting to share information.  Total scam trying to get my personal information.
