FRAUD.  This company is telling your account has been blocked.  I believe they hacked into the bank i was with.  They called my new cell phone I only had for 1 month that only that bank had.  They told me they represented that bank.  They said my card had been deactivated and needed the number, expiration, and pic to reactivate.  Its an automated message.  Of course I hubng up and reported it and the teller said she got the same call and it was fraud.

I received an automated call telling me they are my bank and that my debit card has been compromised and my account has been frozen for my protection and to call an 800 number to reactivate the card or press 1 to speak with a representative to reactivate my account.  I hung up.  I called my bank and reported this fraudulant call.  My bank was aware of the scam and has posted warnings on its website as well as a warning on the phone message.

They called me with an automated service. I pushed 1 for a representative, it was another computer. I played along by pressing # the whole time and at the end it said, "You're information has been verified. No further action is required. Thank you." CLICK. It hung up. I called my bank and verified the fraud.
