This is a bill collector. They call all your land lines in your home, then within seconds they call all the mobile numbers associated with your residence. Then they call family members even if they are out of state, then your neighbors, friends and your place of employment if you are working. They even post stake outs in front of your home with a different car each day and sometimes a person will pop out out no where, stand in front of your vehicle to ID you face to face, then walk away. If you have smart phone the calls will decrease because now they can see you with the phone front facing camera and in addition they know where you are and where you go with your phone GPS.
