Called me with no message.  No ID.  Likely scumbag.

They called - I didn't answer - BLOCKED FOREVER!
It's so simple - DON'T answer unknown phone calls - block them!

The cid showed "unknown name" and phone number 818-332-4801.  Left no message.  Blocked.

Called 7/21/2015 10:58 AM.  I asked what company was calling.  The caller answer something like STI looking for home improvement work for veterans.  I cut him off and asked if he had a Do Not Call (DNC) list, a DNC policy, and for a copy of the same sent to my address (all required by the federal DNC related laws). He confirmed he had my address.

I told him my number has been on the national DNC list for years and that he had violated the law.  Keep on calling and I will sue.  He said something about "title 14" (nonsense, as far as I know) implying he could call irregardless of the DNC laws.

He asked whether he offered to sell something. I didn't respond to his question as I had cut him off earlier at "looking for home improvement work" which constitutes an offer of services to me. He could have been preparing to offer  something else (e.g. solicit a donation), but I wasn't going to deal with this call from an unknown person and company.

They called - I blocked while the phone was still ringing - it's really simple
Please buy a call blocker if you can - they work!
They also call from 818 217-8763 - BLOCKED!

Received call.  Didn't answer.  They didn't leave a message.
