This is a VOIP wireless caller - therefor it has to be a telemarketer kindergartner.

Same comment.  I answered but no response.  Just hung up.

Didn't answer,  it went to answering machine on 3rd ring. No message.

Caller ID = CALIFORNIA CALL

They called today at 9:35 am, no message left.  Will report to nomo.

A call from this number arrived today.  When the call rolled to voice mail, the caller left no message.  This behavior is typical of illegal telemarketers (robocallers) who use automated dialers to place calls.  According to www.411.com this is a VOIP number based in Agoura Hills, CA, which strengthens the evidence this is a telemarketer violating the Do Not Call law.
