    Called 3 times asking for my Mom who died 7 years ago. Also and asked for my sister who resides ina assisted living home, then called again and hung up.

    Caller called at dinner time; said not selling anything. Had wife's first name and another relatives name. Indian accent. Would not give reason for call. We hung up

    This number has called my home 6 times in less than an hour today.  I told them I am on the do not call list and the lady on the line just laughed. I asked to speak to her manager and she hung up on me.  I am calling the BBB tomorrow am.  Can I sue this co for being on the DO NOT CALL LIST and they keep calling?  Im sick of it. THank you
