Got a call from 8184839123 asking me to call back 3132420681 claiming that I still owed on a debt from GE capital. When I called them to ask for substantiation of the debt the person hung up on me. I called back to ask for their address and to reiterate that I do not believe I owe the debt and that I needed to confirm the mailing address for the substantiation the person on the phone (same one as before) THREATENED ME and hung up. BEWARE!!!!!

Just got a call from this number. The pre-recorded message said that I will have garnished wages if I don't call back Richard Blackburn within 24 hours. Richard Blackburn from Planet of the Apes?  In my experience, when someone wants to garnish wages, you receive a bunch of documentation in the mail and eventually one from the court system.  People can't garnish by threats.

Woke me up saying I owed money and there was a case that was being brought against me unless I paid money.

Richard Blackburn and Legal Mediation Solutions have a long history of debt scamming on 800notes.  Be a good idea to ignore any calls received from these people and this entity.  The number seems to be located in Michigan at : 313-242-0681.

These people just called me and my sister about me. I'm not late on any payments. They tried to call me last year and I bitched them out and they hung up on me.

Do not listen to these people it is a scam. They have been talking advantage of people for a while. Reported to the police, they are well aware of them.
