    This person stated I was having a problem with my windows operating system and for me to go to my computer and he was going to help me get rid of it for me. Asked for his name and a number to call them back and he said it was 818-493-1022 ext 209 but my caller id showed 818-493-1918.

    I got a message from 1-818-493-1022 claiming to be Bank Of America. The message stated that a suspicious transaction in the amount of $349.00 had be charged to my account and to please call them so they could fix it. This is a scam! Please do not give these people ANY of your information, allow them to take control of your computer etc. Better yet, don't answer when they call and block the number. Hope this helps someone avoid a terrible situation . These people are HEARTLESS!
