Unknown number, no message = garbage
As for blocking these guys all buy thousands of numbers or spoof.
The proposed new laws will somewhat  take care of this, until they find a new angle

Regarding number 818-533-6964.  Caller ID says it's from Sun Valley, CA. (I'm on the east coast, not west coast). The call starts with a recording stating that they are coming to do an onsite inspection, then the call rolls over after a pause, to get a new recording that states your business qualifies for a loan. At no point within the two separate recordings did they identify themselves. Spam.

Creepy robocall. Pretends to put you in a conference call with investors and has strange guitar plucks between segments of the scam. Very long scam.

Pretexting SCAM.

Recorded message from Sun Valley, CA telling me they have tried to release a payment of $45K to our account but it was denied.  I can hold and then be transferred to someone Peterson for explanation.   No thank you.  Click (more like slam)
