    The man calling said he was collecting for a credit card over 10 yrs old belonging to my sisters dead husband.  She has had a head injury and gets frustrated easily and managed to force her into paying 350 a month for the next 24 months

    Well the first thing you should do is contact the bank and stop those payments.  She is not responsible for that debt,  She is paying criminals.  Please post the information that you have on these crooks so that we can give you more help.
