I also got a call this morning from this number. They left no message.

I just received a call from them while on the other line, so I called back the number on caller ID and got a message saying that the number was disconnected.

Got a call from this number just now.  I didn't answer it, and it was under "Unknown Name".

Not only did they give me a false phone number when I asked, they said that they were an air duct company (Valley Air Ducts...which I can't find in the book), and that they were "working with the city." I checked the # on my caller ID, called it back, and a recorded message came on telling me that "you have reached an invalid number that has been disconnected..."

Please remove my # from your call list. Your calls are beyond annoying.

These people called this afternoon without leaving a message.  Their call came shortly after a computer generated call with no caller ID.  I called 818-562-5864 number and also heard the "disconnected" message.  If you can't even reach these people by phone during the pre-sales process, most likely you won't be able to reach them during the post-sales process.  This may be perfectly innocent, but let's face it: in general, a situation where a business does not go out of their way to make sure you have a valid phone number you can call them on is a suspicious situation.  WHY would they NOT want you to have their correct number on the caller ID?  The only answer I can come up with is "corruption".
