I could not understand his name. He said he was calling about a sensitive issue told me my address & said for me to call before they start foreclosure proceedings.

Spam & very doubtful about this called. David Smith caller. Very strong accent.

My husband got a call from this number wanting to call about my mortgage. And that he needed to call before they go any farther, I blocked my number and he answered with the phone with out a accent

Got a call from same David Smith about my loan with Loan Depot but we have a different loan servicer. Definitely a scammer.

This is a scam phone # they don’t work for any mortgage companies....do not give them any information concerning your mortgage

I received a call and voicemail from the same guy. He asked for my debit card to make a mortgage payment. I told him, "My mortgage company would never ask for my debit card info." At that point, I disconnected the call. He is a scammer... Do not give him your information.

These people called and didn't even know my account number or even the amount we pay for our mortgage.  As soon as my husband told them they were scammers they started cursing at him. DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR INFORMATION TO THESE PEOPLE!!!!

A robo call from 818-570-6373. Said "the cops will come and arrest me for my delinquent taxes. Such b.s. dont these people know that people are on to them.

So had a gentleman call from this number. Said there were sensitive issues that they needed to talk to me about. Of course the first call was a voicemail. So called the number and talked with the person. A lot of noise in the background as if it was a call center for the scammers. I asked what sensitive issue it was and he stated he was from the legal dept of my mortgage company. He stated that my escrow balance was in jeoprady. I had called my mortgage company before I called this person. Mortgage company stated there would never be anybody from legal calling right off. So when I called the scamming number I suspected there was something not right. I did not let the guy finish his spill, well to say the least. He called back and said,"you hung up on me." I said yes I did. And hung up again and then blocked. Scam for sure. Beware!!!!

Same experience as other people. Heavy foreign middle eastern accents. Lots of background noise. Robert Lawrence got testy with me when I couldn't understand his accent and raised his voice. Then he abruptly hangs up on me. When I call back Patrick Baker says he can help me as Lawrence had to rush to the hospital for his pregnant wife!
They ask for your loan number for proof of whom you are. All I would give was my address.
This whole thing smacks of seediness and deception. My Credit Union is local ONLY! That their "legal" department would be in California is questionable by itself. I will be calling my local loan manager Monday morning.

Same as above, heavy accent, identified himself as David Smith, has an issue with my mortgage, going for foreclosure.  I no longer have this company and the name on the loan is my maiden name. They tired this scam 2 weeks ago and are still at it.

Mark Johnson said I was behind on my mortgage payment and I needed to send them 1850 to keep it in good standing. Not good. Really sad that now we have to suspect anyone with an accent.

Male caller called with heavy accent possibly Nigerian sd it was a serious matter that my mortgage was in foreclosure. He sd the wrong name for my address he sd Ashley instead of Ansley and he sd the wrong zip code I told him Ted handles my acct to call Ted he got stern and an attitude. I sd I am at work sir I can't talk he kept talking so I hung up he called back immediately yelling and threatening to start legal action and hung up on me after I yelled back at the idiot. I later realized he left a voice message as well using the name Stone Moody my Caller ID sd the name of my mortgage company and the correct telephone number so they are definitely spooning the number through an app and Skype I'm sure.

Have gotten in email with invoice # which stated I paid them $399 for vpn.

Received email for Norton saying they charged me $299 for my Life Lock subscription.
