IRS scam. Called me up and told me with a robotic female voice that the IRS was suing me for "tax invasion" (not evasion). I found this so amusing that I called back as they requested and spoke to someone with an Indian accent. He sounded like Apu from the Simpsons. I gave him a phonly name and address. He then ran down a litany of charges against me. I let him go on for a while and eventually couldn't take it and cracked up. I told him that I;d given him a bogus name and was deliberately wasting his time. He tried to keep up the act but eventually caved in and said something I couldn't understand ( I was laughing too hard to hear him anyway) and he hung up. As funny as this episode was the sad thing was that I could hear half a dozen voices in the boiler room behind him (all with thick Indian accents) scamming other people.

Robo call, robo voice. IRS Scam. Block the number. I informed my boss considering this is a business line.
