They called me saying they are from the  IRS to call them back or they are going to sue  me. I called them back rings busy all the time

Scarm IRS call left on answering machine sating they gave been trying to get ahold of me and I am being sued

SCAM!!!!!  The IRS will not call unless the send a registered letter first.  Wish these people will get a real job and quit trying to steal from those of us who work hard and pay their bills.

Scam telling you they are going to sue you and are IRS.  Googled the real IRS and called and they said they didn't call.

The msg left said the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me and I needed to call to get case info. Called back and the person answering the phone had an Asian accent and asked me for my PII. I gave him my first name and partial last name. When he asked for my home address I declined he put me on hold and then hung up.

Lety: Don't call back!  This is a well known scam!
The IRS does NOT call people....They'll notify you by regular mail! Don't be cheated by these con artists! Just ignore them.....or report them to the real IRS!

Automated recording message left on my cell phone stating it was the IRS suing me and I needed to contact them immediately. When used their call back number they dialed from and left on the message it rang strangely then said my "call couldn't go through code US601LV."
No way no way would the IRS ever have a phone system like that. The previous review by "Lety" confirmed my suspicion that it was not legit at all. Of course if it is outside the USA they cannot prosecuted or even located to be stopped.
