Mr. Paul Walker leaves me messages and won't tell me what kind of lawsuit this is or what it's for.

Mr. Ryan Jones/Scott Nichols/Shawn Williams claims to be from the law firm of C. Williams and Associates. He's called me multiple times today threatening me with court for non payment of a payday loan. I believe that this is a scam and that he is in Pakistan or India. I have filed a complaint with the MA Attorney General and have put a fraud alert on my social security number. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM.

I received several phone calls from this number 818-638-7266 today stating that I had taken a payday loan out with Easy Cash Advance before June 2011. I did not take a loan out and will be looking into this matter. So please be aware.

I have just received a very similar call and i am very annoyed with these people!! I am not sure what to do and I do see that you are dealing with the same issue. Please if you would be so kind to send me info on what i can do to stop this from possibly ruining my name.

Just got a call from an Indian or Pakistan caller stating that there was some "law suit" against me from a EZ Payday Cash Adv. I have been trying to get them to explain to me why this was...they just keep talking in circles and proceeded to say that they will be mailing something to my address.

I just got a call from C. Williams Law. And another one last week and I think it was from the same guy. But I have contacted my lawyer and they have given me a link to file a complaint. Here it is. Because these people are scammers and getting on my nerves.

This is a scam. I got a call from this number today on my voicemail from Scott Nicholson. I have been getting several of these calls lately from different numbers threatening a lawsuit, threatening jail, threatening to get me fired. Trying to tell me that they deposited money into my account, and that I owe them $9,800. This is some bull. I told them that they would be paying me that, and then some after I got done with them.

These people are from other countries, and they are using some type of system in which they are able to have phone numbers from here in the states. It was explained to me before, but I could care less as long as they stop harassing me.

I have reported all of the numbers that I keep receiving calls from to the FTC.

Also, they can be very rude especially when you start to get curse them out. I had one to curse me back in return. You are definitely a fake. Real bill collectors try to keep their composure regardless of how you act towards them.

Just received a phone call from a Paul Walker, Esquire saying we owed $800.00 for a payday loan.  We DID NOT receive any payday loan.  I called my local police department and the officer said that he gets calls like this ALL the time.  It is a scam!!!!!

omg me to! He said I owe 4,500. I dont know know who this is.

I got a call from this guy who read a affidavit and said I owed 4,550 to easy Pay day loan I don't know who this is and I don't owe anyone.

I want these calls to stop because they are interferring with my work! They don't only call my cell number but they bother me at work and I have no clue as to who they are or how they got my number! Their threats are not welcomed and they need to stop! They threaten that they are going to sue and a warrant will be issued! These "indian" people need to get a real job and allow us who do have one to work in peace without their ignorance.

I got a call from this number today stating they needed the name of my criminal attorney and the case will be heard tomorrow at 11 am.  I have no idea what they are talking about and hung up on the lady.  She gave me the name of the "lead" attorney on this case Scott Nicholson and told me to call 1-818-638-7266.  I don't like scammers!

I received a call early this morning from a lawfirm telling me i owe 600 from a payday loan wich is no true but almos feel for it total scam i was also told ill be arrested monday morning  he claimed to be shawn williams please people report this scams.

I got the same call only when I asked what I was being sued for or why I had a warrent that was as far as it got. Stupid idot called back...I wasn't home...so left a message saying his name that he was with C Williams law firm and to have an atterny call him back at 818-275-1187...I still don't know what it is for or why I had a little fun called back the number gave them a fake name said I was an atterny calling on behalf of a clint to return a call let me speak to Scot stupid Indian guy screams at me Scot can not talk to you he is very busy and then hung up. So of course Scot is to busy. My local police department says if you have a warrent out for your arrest they won't call you...they will just show up and arrest you and she said next time tell them the call is being traced and or recorded.

Also 8183940790. The man stated he was a federal attorney and that I was going to jail and I started cursing him and he got really rude. Then he called me back saId my social and said I messed with the wrong people and hung up. Pretty messed up.
