I received a call from a roy wilson saying I owed 300 dollars  I was being sued that I had 3 criminal charges if I did not pay I was going to be arrested in 48 hours by his investigators I told him to send them and he hung up on me an hour later he called again saying I needed to talk to his senior attorney niel watson he said I owed 600 dollars when I questioned why it had gone up 300 dollars he said he was not lieing and that I had to pay to stop me from going to. Stop from going to jail I told him I had contacted the police and the attorney general and he hung up on me the man had a heavy accent and I could barely understand him

I received a call from a male caller at 8am stating I had a payday loan and that I needed to immediately go to the courthouse with a criminal attorney.  I had a very hard time understanding anything he was saying due to his accent.  What I finally was able to understand was that he was threatening to have me arrested for $200 payday loan which I have never had or ever applied for.  He knew all my personal information, my job information and even threatened that "my kids would have to visit their mom in jail".  I told him that under law he has to provide me with proof of any loan. He then yelled threats at me that his people would come and get me and hung up.  After I called my phone company to ensure that the number was not rerouted to an international number and charging me, I called him back 40 times until he decided it would be best to not just hang up on me and I informed him that I have filed reports with BBB (I pity any attorney who's name does happen to be Neil Watson), my states attorney general's office, and the police for threats of kidnapping and harassment calls.  Does anybody know what state this person(s) really work out of, I'd like to send my complaint to that state as well.

Call several times a day. Heavy accented man, cannot hear/understand what his name is. "The very second you receive this message I need you or your attorney to call back this is time sensitive." I pulled my credit report over the weekend, I have NOTHING in collections. I have lived in the same house for over a decade and received nothing via mail. Not falling for this scam!  They never mention a company name.  Unfortunately, the calls started about two weeks ago, right after I stupidly applied for a payday cash advance online (but never followed through and got any cash advance).

My husband and I recieved many calls from this number. They hack information and use it against you. His name was George Miller and he worked for Martin associates. He told my husband an I that my husband was going to jail unless 500 dollars was paid on a pre paid visa and that he already had 3 criminal charges against him. After calling him back many times because he kept hanging up on me he proceeded to tell me to make sure I f*** my husband because Saturday would be his last day not in jail. Obviously not professional. He couldnt speak English. I am turning this into the cops tomorrow. I hope nobody falls for this.
