This number called and left a voicemail at my work, on a national holiday, threatening me saying that I was being criminally charged for 3 crimes and to not disregard the phone call or I would get arrested. Its from CA and I live in NE. I work nights and they don't have my cell number so they'll never reach me and I refuse to call them back. I know its a scam and I'm changing all of my information and everything.

got three calls from this number one my cell my home and my work said there name was ricky williams and i had three criminal cases against me wtf is this these people really need to kill themselves and make the world a better place

Received a phone call today telling me not to disregard as I had criminal charges pending and needed to get in touch with immediately.  I spoke to them and they have sensitive information about me like my address and social security number.

This number has been callimg me and threathing me to get fired from work, and that I have 3 felonies.

Recieved the second phone call from this number today. Message left stated that I had 3 felony charges against me and that I should not disregard this number. Left number for me to call back, tried to call back to give them a piece on my mind and reached a voice mail. I have never been in trouble in my life and am not in trouble now. This is in relation to advance payroll applications on the internet. It is a scam!!

I just got a call from this number to saying I have three criminalpending charges. How are thesse people get my number. It this some kind of payday scam to get more of your information?

Received phone call from this number not only to my work phone but my cell phone as well. Person stated that I had 3 criminal charges against me and that I should not disregard the call. I know that this is a scam because I have researched it and the call is coming from Mci Communications inc. I do not have anytype of criminal charges against me but what does concern me is that this person had my social security number. I am keeping a very close eye on my credit score and my bank account. I know that this is related to an advance payday loan that I checked into. I did not take the loan out so I do not owe anyone. These people are trying to scam me and others out of money.

I received from this at this number that i owe a payday loan of 413.22 and if  I did pay this loan I will be sued for over $5000 and was going to freeze my bank acount i did get this loan. this people have my account number my ss# and know where I work and they are trying to get money from my pay from my job.this lawer name is brian john so he say. he has been calling me none stop and does not speak english good. why is these people doing this.

I have gotten a phone call on my cellphone this afternoon which I missed but received a voicemail.  My former employer's office had received a call from an Eric Raju or Eric Roger claiming to be an attorney needing to get in touch with me.  The voicemail message on my cellphone was also claiming that I was facing criminal charges against me if I do not make arrangements to pay.  I returned the call later this evening to speak to a gentleman, whose name I could not understand even after asking him to repeat it and his company name 3 or 4 times.  He became verbally abusive to me when I told him I know my legal rights under the Federal Debt Collection Laws and asked him what company he was representing.  He tells me to stop being a wise- a$$.  He then tells me he's from a federal government agency and when I asked for information to send him a complaint of my own, he gives me the address to the California Superior Court in San Diego.  It is a coincidence that the amount Ramona listed about $413.22 and the amount of the lawsuit $5,484.87 is the same. I intend to pursue this further.

I the same phone call this people saying they some attorney.This attorney which I could not his name and he said that was bieng suied also over $5,000 for loan of $413.22 which i know is a lie. Whe i ask him when was this loan was suppose to be made he said the he cannot give that information to me. This aslo had my bank account number and my last four # of ss. he also say that for me fax a letter to them saying that i will pay this loan in the mount of $413.22 or will have to court in California. Can find who this people are and stop them? I am going to find who they are sue them!

Received the same call and owe the exact amount, 413.22 plus 5000.00 legal fees. Was supposed to receive an affidavit within two hours to appear in court in California. (San Diego) on the 20th of July and am still waiting...

Have been receiving calls from a Brian John claiming to be a Federal Attorney out of San Diego,  California. He claims I owe a Internet payday loan company  $413.22. When I refused to pay over the phone I was told an affidavit would be filed and that I would be served papers to appear in court. Does anyone know how to handle this issue as I believe it to be a scam?

I am receiving the same type of calls from this number from a man who says his name his Richard Wright.  He says that I owe 413.22 to a payday loan company.  He has been very abusive and insistant.  In 15 minutes time he called 12 times.  I have ignored it since the first time I answered and now am investigating.

I ve  been recieving calls from this number numerous times a day! threatening me, and saying money was transfered to my bank account with my knowledge and i was being sewed for imbeseling money, he had sensitive personal info about me and told me he was gonna report this infor to my place of employment, I've recent applied for on line loan but didnt except due to unsatisfactory terms. ive recieved no money, think this is a scam to get more info to bank access!! i plan to persue,!! Theres gotta be laws against claiming to representinggoverment agencys and treatening people with personal info ""blackmale""!!
