for the past 3 months I am getting continuous calls from various area codes in California (oddly around election time) as well as medicare enrollment timeframe.  NO ONE every said anything despite of me saying Hello 3-4 times before I hung up.  Today, however, a call came in from California and I answered it.  I mumbled voice (computer tye voice) claimed it was Social Security Administration.  I believe this is fraud of some sort and I don't believe SSA was calling me.  They called my cell so it is not like they had access to a Dahlonega phone book.  I think this is some sort of fraud.
