This number calls me almost every day. I do not pick up the call because I do not know the phone number. However I did manage to research the number. What I found  was a little disconcerting. The number is tied to a person named Uriel Garcia.  I also discovered that this person with the above phone number may be a gang member who was convicted of attempted  premeditated murder in 2013, after googling the name and the city from which the call originates.
