- Tampa Insurance replies to StanI too got a call from Greg Matthews of PC Lending at 818-657-5338 who wanted me to pay them $10 per lead on homeowner policies and calculated that to be $600/mo. Of course they wanted it up front (wanted a copy of the check I'd write by close of business that day!) After some web searching, I decided to keep my $600. How do I know I'll get these leads and how do they know I'll do a good job with them? Seemed to me they were interested the most in the money. Just before 5pm, I was asked if $450 was more reasonable. Still backed away. If it walks like a duck, looks like a duck . . .
- Jack Dawson| 3 repliesEmailed me first looking for a general contractor in Hampton Roads area. They wanted to sell me leads at $25 each or $300 per month. The leads would be exclusive. I got the address and did a google earth and found the address to be a mail box business is a run down part of Woodland Hills CA. I have contacted the FBI about them.

- 1-818-657-5338Received a call to sign up for 45 leads at $10 a piece. Wanted money up front but said leads would start as soon as I sent in papers. I had done something similiar with a company call Insurancewownow.com. I think I paid $1000 and received 4 leads. I already had quoted the leads before I got them. All appear to be a major rip off in my opion.

- John| 1 replyI received a fax from Brenda Evans saying that she was a mortgage broker and wanted to know if we would like to receive leads for people purchasing homes who need homeowners insurance. I called the 1-818-657-5338 number and a woman answered the phone and when I asked for Brenda Evans, the woman hesitated and said "uh, I am Brenda Evans". Next, almost immediately, she referred me to her boss and his name was Geoff Allan. He was a slick one all right, he wanted me to fax a check for $480.00 which he said would purchase 40 leads at $12.00 a pop. I told him I would think about it, the next day he called and I told him I was not in a position to spend that kind of money, so he gave me different options, of course I did not send any money without the leads up front or a website that can be viewed. I already knew it was a scam, but the topper was when Geoff Allan asked me to call "Carol" in the marketing division and he even gave me an extension where she could be reached. When I asked for Carol's last name , he was taken off guard and actually said "I forgot her last name". Please don't be fooled by these scam artists, when Geoff knew I was on to him, he all of a sudden stopped calling.

- Nik913I called on an email id recieved from some micheal. No last name. I called the818-657-5338 number and got the answering service. i pressed o for the operator and they supposedly transfered me to the right department. after reading more of this page its clear this is a scam , I am an insurance agent and have used leads companies in the past that proved to be very profitable and were reputable companies with web pages and real people to work with who have email addresses in there own name , people who send real letters with business cards everyone should take precaution to this comapany and there methods of spam marketing ... leads do cost money but in most cases i have always received 15-20 to try out and then was able to make a buying decision .. best of luck to every one- Caller: PC Lending
