I just got the same email. Some BS about check cashing that I owed for and they were going to take me to court.
I replied "foo I don't do no check cashing bs, now go try scamming someone else".
I don't work hard to bounce checks nor hand my money over to criminals in other countries!
Pissed me off how they can get away with this!

These are hardcore criminals operating out of overseas boiler rooms. Forward the e-mail to your ISP's postmaster and let them know this individual is using the internet to commit a crime.
