I am so glad I found this site got a call from this same guy.  I was so scared. He told me the us marshals were coming to arrest me unless I cooperated. He transferred me to someone else.  He said that my fine would be $3000. It wasn't until then that I realized it was a scam.  But I was scared that I was going to be carted off in handcuffs to Fla. and then to Dom Rep.  I hung up and went to inquire about it at the local pol dept.  They assured me it was a scam.  I still was not sure until now. Thanks
