Finally decided to answer after refusing to do so when they've called many times before. WRONG decision! Whoever called was on the line but remained silent. When I called back the displayed number, I received a recording stating: "You've reached a non working number within HealthNet".
Now I have to decide if I want to block their number or wait for them to call again so I can answer saying: "You've reached a non interested phone within my location".
Nah, too much trouble. They're blocked.

Received 4 calls in a row this morning. left no message.

Same here, dialed and it is a non working # (can not be good). Blocking it.

Same as above (caller ID screen reads Health Net Inc).  Have not answered and they don't leave a message.

The person on the phone creeped me out.  I thought it was Health Net too but it is a home improvement place.  They asked how I was doing today and I said in a confused voice that I was fine.  They asked if I was sure.  I asked them why does it matter to them.  They told me not to be mean to them.  They asked if I just got up for the day or if I was in a rush.  Many questions they asked me.  I said no and was just confused why they were calling me because I lived in an apartment.  Then they asked if they could come visit me and bring me flowers. I then hung up. Very creepy.
