    An extreamly unprofessional robo voice message claiming to be from the IRS, generously giving me 24hrs to call back to immediately straighten out my mess "or else the cops" would be banging at my door. (An odd choice of words).
    *The real IRS never calls you out of the blue*
    These are phony thieves masquerading as legit Govt. officials, save yourself the aggravation and don't bother calling them back, or better yet, ask the phony cop who's never coming if you can use his phone to call them back...
