Other sites say this is a robocall. It’s the utilities rate increase exemption scam.

Telemarketer-See if you qualify for utilities relief due to Covid.  Allows you to opt out, but not sure if it works.

My telco flagged this as a potential spam. No message left.

Calls 2 or 3 times a day but does not leave a message. Caller ID is a long number that starts with "V". Telemarketer I'm sure

Caller was a V caller ID. Other sites say this is an utilities rebate scam.

Flagged by my telco as potential spam. This number has called repeatedly over the past few days using different CIDs.

7/10/21 12:59 PDT Didn't answer because of "V" ID and obviously, based on other reports, just as well.  No msg. left.

Has called me every hour on the hour for 2 weeks.  Never leaves a message.

POTENTIAL SPAM.

7/12/21 15:03 PDT  Stubborn so-and-so.  Just tried me again, same as other previous reports.  Will be blocking.

Call came Alon Cohen at 267-583-9344.  Said Electric company Customer Choice program expired and to call 814-228-1633.  BS Scam Call.  Now Blocked.

323_ 673_7547 calls twice a day and does not leave voicemails. Try calling back but call doesnt go through.

SPAM call from number 815-707-4565

Calls twice a day, no message.

This call was from phone number (650) 887-7293. Foreign female voice. Hardly intelligible. Sked for me by name. Said it was a recorded line she was calling from.
I hung up.

And you immediately thought to yourself "I know, I will post about the call in the thread dedicated to calls from 818-691-5964!"?  And it also looks like you have a lot of people from your number reading class that also slept through it and don't know how to read numbers either.
