They just called, I kept letting him talk and every few words, said "HELLO!?"  He kept saying, "Can you hear me?" and I would say yes, then 3 words later, I would butt in and say "HELLO?"  I can play this game all day long!  You want to waste MY time, I will waste YOUR time too!!!!  This works great for all telemarketers.

The name of the company is Power something or other.  I did a survey a couple days ago about popcorn and they said in the survey that someone would be calling me to confirm some things.  I've done a lot of surveys and while that's unusual that they'd call me to confirm..... they did.  They didn't ask me anything that would cause alarm, and only asked a few questions (related to the survey and me).  It was not spam as I had agreed to them calling me.

Never answer and call ALL the TIME!!!  Upsetting!!!

ISA Research.......called twice, didn't answer either time.

I want to know who this is because there have been other  strange numbers.

Checked on yesterday's {blocked) calls : Another (818) 756-7488 - search says "SoapBox Sample, ISA’s internal sampling division allows panel members to get on their soapbox and give their opinions to your surveys."
Which would be "LEAVE ME ALONE!"

Yes! They do keep calling hours apart from different 818 numbers! I had the cable company change the number of my rings to nine so when these bottom-feeders call, they sit on the other end for a looooong time before they get my voicemail. I never, ever answer.
I still swear it has something to do with the Home Depot breach from 9/2014 because no other company has both of my phone numbers except them. I moved from out of state, had new phone numbers and was renovating a house.

Did not call this number, they seem to call every night around 6:40 pm! ENOUGH!!!!!!

Irritating !  Third call in as many days.  Caller ID as ISA Research, goes to answering machine, but if I wanted to hear heavy breathing - I would go to the gym.  This is a new low for a pervert telemarketer or survey taker.
