Unwanted call, I didn't answer

This company is very annoying. For the last three weeks every single day from Monday - Saturday they kept calling us 5-6 times a day & need them to stop. I left them message last week to unsubscibe my number & put me on do not call list but still they are stubbornly bothering me.

What you need to do is to send them a certified, return receipt letter stating that you want them to put you on both their internal and external do not call lists.  That if they fail to do that you will immediately file suit against them under TCPA laws and request $1500 per phone call.

Calls every night and does not leave a message. We do not answer the phone. I wish they would stop calling us.

Sick of getting  calls 2 times a day every day.from these people with no response when I answer.

Get a call blocker.

For your land line you can buy a call blocker at Best Buy or on Amazon.  For a smart phone you can install a call blocking ap.  For a cell phone ask your carrier how to block calls or put the pest in your contacts list and assign it the ring tone "no ring".

A woman called saying she was doing a survey for a recent medical visit. Not sure how she knew. I hung up. Wish someone wud lock these ppl up!

Got a call from 818-756-7488 at 2:30 pm on Sat., May 30, 2015.  Didn't hear phone ring.  The message they left said something like:  "The IRS is filing suit against you.  You should call 509-790-0556."

Sounds like maybe they've changed their scam.

Asked for our number to be removed from the list and continue to receive calls everyday.

A "Margaret Lieberman" called from this number- I said I was not interested and do not call back. Calls me back to tell me it wasn't a soliciting phone call and when I said what do you want then? she tells me I am rude and then hangs up on me!!!! LOL!!!!!
Caller ID reads ISA Research

They called my cell. I did not recognize the number so did not answer it. I did Google it. When this site came up the top hit I knew my instincts were right. Blocked it thanks for providing this most useful site. Note, I am on the Do Not Call list which stops no one.

We've received 5 calls from this number in the last 4 days.  After the first two calls I blocked the number and yet these ***holes just keep on calling.  Most of the calls come during the dinner hour with the exception of the first day which came at just 3 minutes before 9 p.m.

Even with call blocked on my land line my phone rings once before it displays "call blocked"

I have now filed 2 complaints with the "Do Not Call" registry (2 days in a row).  I have filed complaints against other numbers in the past and those calls ceased.  The "Do Not Call" website says that researchers CAN call you UNLESS you tell them to stop calling, then they must honor your request or be subject to fines.

Doing survey about National Grid. She said it was about my recent activity.. HAHAHA... I don't think so.

If I get any type of call like that I say No Thank You and hang up ... No time for pointless conversation ... I'm not rude but disengage immediately ...

This is the 5th time this number has called.

Got a phone call from ISA Research 818-756-7488 this morning while I was right in the middle of a task.  The woman said she was calling from Greenwich something-or-other and wanted to talk with our accounting/book-keeping department.  When I commented that I was not familiar with their company, the snooty lady said, "Well, you can look us up online at www.greenwich..... and maybe next time you'll be more familiar with us when we call!" --- at which point I promptly hung up the phone.
