Stop back i will be putting their information up in the next couple days.

    In the meantime:

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.
Read up on your rights here, get template letters to send and also make a complaint at this government site: http://www.consumerfinance.gov/

Also file a complaint with your State Attorney General's office.

***A company must be licensed in their state as well as the one they are trying to collect in if two different states are involved.

    Some Tips:
    *Keep all messages
*Take a picture of your Caller ID
*Keep any and all conversations recorded to your states recording laws, some require they be told, others do not. This can be transferred to a recording device.
*Keep a notebook handy for writing time, date, who you spoke with and what the conversation detailed.
*Check your SOL for your state as well.
*Attorneys need to be licensed as a DC to collect, all DC's must be licensed in their state as well as yours if different.

Then what is your real address, not the UPS store commonly used by criminals pretending to be debt collectors?  I sincerly doubt that you follow any laws except the law of stealing as much money as you can.

Our company uses a mailbox away from our physical location for debtor payments and correspondence and because being in the business that were in we don't like to have our debtors know what our physical address is because of certain instances that can happen when a debtor may become very upset and you never know what they could do. Our website is centurydebtsolutions.com. My name is Joshua Goldman Head Claims Adjuster. Our main phone number is 818-912-4459. We are very reputable and have many happy clients and because of our "mend negotiating" tactic of dealing with a debtor, i cant tell you how many debtors we have turned into clients because of our professionalism. All i ask is to not slander our company before doing a lttle more research. I know many collection companies are unethical but as you can see we dont have formal complaints from clients or debtors because we perform business properly. We're not all bad...

Then why are u involved in this discussion? The bottom line is our company represents companies that have been stiffed for their services by either another company oor individual. I negotiate settlements and if we receive a dispute letter we send verdification of the debt to whomever. If its deemed false and or uncollectible than the file is closed. Its that simple

"Josh" is going to have a serious problem in court trying to explain his refusal to provide a physical address to any supposed debtor on request. Not that the issue is ever likely to come up. He'll be too busy trying to put together all of those $1000 payouts for FDCPA violations...
