Just an FYI: If you did not order the packaging tape from Dynatek and they sent it to you anyway you can treat it as a gift; don't wast your time or energy trying to return the product, it is not your responsibility.  Also Dyantek is operating out of California which requires the two-parties to know the phone call is on a recorded line; although I doubt they do record it because the owner William "Bill" Konnerth will not play back your recording.  Bill's cell#'s were 661 414 0150 or 310 435 2754; his mother's name is Ellen Konnerth, I wish I knew her number so I could tell her what an awful person she raised.
