    I got a call 5 minutes ago from a man (recording I believe) saying  he was from the office of internal revenue and this was my last call as they had filed a lawsuit against me. The man  did not use my name and I know the IRS does not call you on the phone nor do I owe them any money so I dont know who the is suing . Clearly a scam

    Similar message was left on my 90 year old mother's answering machine today. The IRS never uses the phone to issue threats of filing charges. This is an apparent scam to collect personal data.
