I received a spam message via e-mail, which contained the above number as a contact.
I suspect it was an attempt at the Customer Service Scam, in order to gain access to accounts and/or computer.
Spam message contents were as follows:

Subject: <e-mail address removed>, Friendly reminder: your payment due soon

       Microsoft 365 Family

       Paid:656.13

Dear <e-mail address removed>,

Thank you for choosing Microsoft 365 Family.
Your order has been successfully processed, Amount: USD 656.13.
This amount of USD 656.13 has been processed and it will be debited today, this transaction will reflect within 12 hours on your account.
