I got a call from this number this morning. said free satellite tv for 3 months, no down payment, blah, blah blah, push 1 to speak to a rep, press 9 to be put on the do not call list. i pushed 9, it said my number was placed on the do not call list. now this evening the number called back with the exact same message, this time i pushed 1, got a very chipper young lady who thanked me for my interest and asked for my name. i told her i didn't have an interest and told her i was supposedly put on the do not call list just this morning and she hung up on me. i'm currently trying to find more info on who ever it is to file harrassment charges. once you're on the do not call list, if they call even one more time, it's harrassment.

Repeated calls don't know who they are though

I was getting at least one call every evening.  It's an automated call service offering free satelite hook up, "just press 1 to talk to a service rep.".  I am on the national do not call list.  They hang up every time I tell them I am on the list, but I get another call the next night. The number is listed through Digitcom Service in California.  The number to file a complaint is (800) 464-5446.  They will take your information and file a formal complaint with the company they provide the phone service to.  I haven't gotten a call for the past 3 evenings, cross your fingers.

Just a note---Do not ever give your number to a merchant, like the now bankrupt Linen's and Things, they sell those numbers to telemarketers. I tell the sales person to type in their own phone number.

Google the FCC and make a formal complaint

Please help me by filing a complaint with the FCC everytime any of these SCAM artist call. Theu DO NOT and CANNOT reduce your credit card interest rates. They get your credit card info and then sell it to other scammers. If they were legal they would give you a call back number and ID with a real name that could be traced. They are crooks of the worst kind. BEWARE! Always connect with a live rep and request this info (they will not give it) then hang up and dial *57 (may cost you a buck) so the call can be traced and then tell the FCC on your complaint that you had the call traced and give them the name of your phone service. Your phone service can only give the traced info out to law enforcement. Please take the time to do this or else these crooks will just keep going.

The 1-818-870-8107 is a computer dialed number and a dead number and probably will not provide an accurate trace. This is why I suggest talking to live rep requesting info, then inform them the call is being traced for an FCC complaint and hang up.

When you pick up, no one answers. If you call back, you are directed to an automated message with option 1 for being put on their "do not call" list (which does not work, they just keep calling). They call my house at least 3-4 times daily.

Please Google 402-982-0717 it is the same company and I have posted info there on these scam artist. They are illegal in every way. They are identy thieves of the worse kind. They use dead phone number and refuse to give out any ID about themselves. Why? BECAUSE they are hiding from the FCC and FTC and FBI. The only way to stop them is to file a complaint with the FCC, use *57 to trace the call and do this every time they call. They cannot be brought to justice until the FCC can get all their locations. It is a vast network of ID thieves. Communications terrorist!!!!

We called the number back, and there was a recording stating that if we wanted to be placed on the do not call list to press #1.  Hopefully this will take care of anymore calls.

Comed up on caller-id as Private Suite.  They have ben calling me for 2 weeks now and I keep telling them to take me off of their call list, yet I still got a phone call the next day.

Didn't pick up because I didn't recognise phone number. Called back and got typical pre-recorded male voice saying, "we are unable to connect your call at this time; please try back again later."
