818-887-4205 number appears to be tied to Cedars Business Services (Cedar Financial) and the TMC Group.
Note;TCM has a "Nigerian Scam" alert involving Cedars' international business partner. The 818-887-4205 number seems to have been recycled to service a nebulous new company debt collection company Globilling, Inc. specializing in medical debt recovery. Globilling is described inaccurately with the California Sec of States as a legal entity with NPI number. Licensing/registration form states it is in fact a debt collection agency. We presume, based on what others say these companies are considered to be scam debt collection agencies that are licensed, but often do not follow FCRA fair credit rules. Unvetted employees from undisclosed foreign locations using aliases call in violation of consumer laws producing a negative report for the company(ies) at the BBB, FTC, Yelp reviews and   many others. This company should be considered to be scammers unless proved otherwise due to improper calls made by unverifiable "employees" using aliases.
Know your rights under FCRA and report violations immediately. Keep a log of events. Disputing  debt and making a debt collection agency corroborate any debt is important. Reports of this company and trademarked company Cedar Financial abound with claims of them not sending out correspondence, getting judgement without following protocol and law, and ruining credit as a ploy to get payment. The prevailing opinion from insiders of the industry the company associated with this number violates FCRA consistently enough to be considered scammers.
