They called me also, no message. Once I answered and told them I didn't own a computer, the stupid man told me to go out and buy one and he would call me back..scammers, so dumb

They tried again... didn't get too far, since I blocked them a week ago.  SCUM.

Heavy Indian accent. Said I was logging onto my computer and getting a virus. But the number he was calling is that of my deceased father, a landline not used in years. I said I thought he was a scam artist from India. There followed a torrent of most colloquial abuse, including m$&@$& -f&@$&. I guess his English has been improved in California.

called about windows 10 computer. passed himself off as MS serevice. when i asked him why my computer was on the fritz and what did he do to it. Plus asked him what to do about it fritz. He started to use foul language and hung up. he doesn't measure up to being a hacker

Call to my cellphone blocked by Mr. Number app. Sounds like Microsoft scammers ride again ...

Called but left no message. It's apparently a spoofed number -- 818 (which just conveniently happens to be my area code) but really calling from God knows where. I understand that they pose as Microsoft techs trying to get remote access to your computer. This is really insidious. These scammer scum should be in jail.

Call from this number at 12:07 pm MST.  I monitor my calls, so when I didn't pick up, they hung up.  Thanks to all of you for the reports.  I'm blocking this number

SSDD, received call with heavy accent asking about troubles with my computer, laughed and told the guy this is a load of... and told him to have a funny day.  It was a chuckle for me.  Morons...

This is a scam number...The actual number is concealed with this 818 901-1147 as a "spoof number"

Just received a call from this number claimed to be Microsoft and there was a problem with my computer. Lol!!! Such a scam. They said my computer was sending messages to them. Thick Indian accent. I hung up after I told them I would have my IT guy investigate.

Just called me but did not leave a number. Blocked the number.

I had the same person call me and say the same thing today.  I told them I was calling the police and if they had my computer information to email me my issue.  I hung up and she called me back and asked me why I hung up.  Have now blocked the number.  When I called the number back, what a coincidence it has been disconnected.

The true virus in this is the caller...they are scum and a cancer and 818 becomes the 101st area code that i have blocked. Why won't our promise making POTUS DO anything about what these foreign countries are doing to US citizens (I think he gets a cut from them).
