The call is from New Partners Teleservices.  They call soliciting funds for political and non-profit organizations.

Watch carefully for a personality change from this person, displaying the portrait of a Donkey, sometimes referred to by persons of crude character by another name.

Called Sunday at 6:03pm and again this morning at 9:07am.
Both calls blocked and our phones did not ring - not even once.

This number called my cell phone at 11:45 PM this evening.
It's on the block list. But thought it was worth mentioning to break up jetames monotony.
