Called and left no message. Googled it and came up with Joe Zapata as the person who owns the number.

Same as above - called and left no message.  Googled phone number says its Joe Zapata's number.

They told me they were a collection agency, and asked for someone who is not at my number.  They said they would take my wrong number off their call list, but of course they did not.

no message -   Probably a thief trying to get info.

Calls everyday. Jose Zapata on caller ID. No one answers when I pick up. Wakes me up. I called them back, busy signal. I hate these people and hope they all go to hell when they die. I have asked God for them to go to hell everyday. Hope it works. Will probably have to change my number after 52 years.

Got 2 calls from this number in the last week.  No message left and does not answer when I call back.  Going to have this number blocked.

I get a call from this number pretty much every day at the same time. I answer and no one is there. I just tried calling back but got disconnected. So annoying

I just googled this number as well and the name I found was Jose Zapata not Joe Zapata.  I just hope that someone has not jacked my number and is using it as a ghost number to call people.  I have since added this number to my reject numbers.

I get calls from this number about once a week. I never pick because I don't pick up numbers I don't know or have.

This is a collections agency trying to collect on a debt, just as with any collections agency they will not stop and are aggressive in finding people.

they had just called me again many many many times I answer the phone I said hello hello mother f***** and then the guy told me is this how you talk to people and I told him this is how I talk to people when I tell you for calling me

Aggressive robo.  Blocked but I can see their calls.  Called 38 times in 2 minutes.  Seconds apart.  I believe they test numbers for debt collectors.

Northern Los Angeles Area calling asking for unknown individual, it was silent at first then someone came to the line. Sounded like a desperate collection agency.

this number continues to call me, after about a week I saved it to my contacts then blocked it! why don't you guys just block/reject the number. problem solved!!!
