This is some sort of fraud.  They want to get cc info and they scare you by saying that you have a bill due.  DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR CC NUMBER

I made the mistake of signing up for Norton Anti-Virus about 20 years ago on my Gateway Computer.  I got bill for a few years after I deleted the program and threw away the computer, but we resolved this problem and I have not been billed in over 10 years.  Looks like someone has stolen their old subscriber list.  This is the email I received:
