got the same john barker/parker called 2 times today, we knew it was a scammer the way they left the message.

I have got the same message, weird!!!

Received a call from this number today....saying he is from rev. canada.  Fraud....but how do you report to CRA....went to their site...no phone calls or email addresses to report fraud???

I  got a call too same messgae from 819-410-7781 saying that he was from rev. canada and that we need to call back urgently, its a legal matter or he wishes us good luck, called the Fraudulent line and found that this man has tried to scam many people.

Yes got the same message today from a man calling himself Srg Barker. Complete scam.   Looked this up and its seems they are on cue since we all just finished tax season.     http://www.antifraudcentre.ca/fraud-escroquer ... e/index-eng.htm

Got the call from them few days back. I was very scared because never had this kind of experience before. My husband call them back and told me that it was fraud. The got the same call yesterday two times. he mentioned himself as John Parker and threatened to call him back and otherwise wish us good luck. I was very scared and called my husband. He assured me it was a fraud call. May be he calls to cheat people like me whose nerve is not that strong.

I got the same call a few minutes ago. This guy should be arrested. Where are our RCMP officers?

My wife got a call from Mr Justin Parker claiming that we owe CRA 6000 c$. Told us to call back. I am not sure how to nail these scammers. Is there any govt procedures handle them? They seems to be changing the numbers. They seems to be using some loop holes in telemarketing system. Even legitimate companies are selling our personal data to others for money. What can we do????

I received a message from a officer someone who said time sensitive, myself or attorney to contact him, to do with Canada revenue or something. I knew it was a scam so didn't pay much attention. Basically same message as everyone else from this number.

Same as all other reported calls from 819-410-7781 here. Guy supposedly from RCA claiming to call for urgent issue with taxes and if they don't hear from me(not named) or my attorney they will send the police. They call at 6:45 pm and we all know their offices are closed 5 pm especially on a Friday before a long weekend. Disregard message. Clearly fraud. Enjoy your long weekend everybody!

Same number and same message... Thank you for starting this post and making me aware of the scam....Cheers!

Same CRA scam, but the perp identified himself as "Officer John Arthur."  He sounded like he had a Mandarin Chinese accent.

Yesterday, Aug. 27/15, I got a phone call from "Officer James Morrison."  It sounded like he was reading from the same script as "Officer John Arthur" (see above). The phone number "Morrison" gave was 226-773-2384.

Frightening message from a CRA Officer John Parker stating 416-477-6895:  this message is for you( no name)  the second you receive this message you or your lawyer to call back. NOW don't try to disregard this message and do return the call and if you don't return the call the only thing i can do for you is wish you good luck. I hope they catch this guy, I pay my phone bill to be protected from scams like this. Just wondering what is CRA doing about this. First thing tomorrow I will call BBB, CRA and the Police.
