I have been trying to contact someone from this company about your product which I do not want and I have been trying get the rest of the tablets sent back but no one has answered by emails.  I have beeen charge for product that I don't have and I want the amount that has been taken out of my credit card credited back as soon as possible. I don't like they way you do business and if it is not fixed up soon then I will have to take further action.

The return address goes to China. It'll cost you $35 to send back, then they offer you to keep the trial for $40. Okay, then you should you would settle it, but they now send me an email of following:

Same thing is happening to me here in Canada and their phone number is even local so I'll find out where they work and show up on their doorstep. I've been on hold for half an hour now and will hang up soon. This is a scam and I'll advice the police immediately upon hanging up.

And, I come from Québec, in Canada too,  and I have a lot of problem with us.  They charged me on my credit card again even if I have contact us by phone and by e-mail about my cancellation.

So ,  have you called the police,  if yes,  is the police helps you ?

I don't know what I have to do to stop them.

DO NOT accept the packages at the door when they are delivered. Then you will not have to pay any fees to return the product. You will have to cancel your credit card in order for the charges to be stopped. Call your credit card company and tell them you lost your card and they will cancel it right away. Then request a new credit card number.

I am in Australia, and this is happening here too.  Will be cancelling my credit card too.

I have also had terribly experiences with this company and others that they are the call centre for and my calling for my refund has apparently been fallen on deaf ears.  I'm sure I have called at least 10 or 15 times to demand my refund, but nothing.  This has been going on since April.  I'm unfortunately in the same boat as Kerry and Denise and yes they sent me the return address in China, only thing is I have yet to receive anything product.

My wife got the free trail but did not agree to anything else. they have taken payments from bank 4 times ,unfortunatly i hadnt noticed the money gone out. They didnt even send me a email for the first lot of money.
On the 2nd and 3rd of july they took another £106.00 out of my account. I have scince tried to contact them and have cancelled my card.
Has anyone ever managed to get there money back?

I got this number in an email from GREEN TEA PURITY EXTRACT - a huge scam.  Do not order their product and they use deceptive business practices.  They misrepresent their "trial" sample as FREE when it is not at all.  Then they purport to keep charging your credit cards.  

Call your credit card company and if you are in the USA, file a report with the Federal Trade Commission!  www.ftc.gov    The more complaints they get, the more likely they will be to hunt these shysters down!

Hé oui, les filles ont est mal prises.  Moi ma commande pour les 2 essaies s'est passée autour du 2 ou 3 mai et depuis cette compagnie de [***] me charge toujours et toujours sur ma carte de crédit.  Même si j'ai annulé à l'intérieur des 15 jours d'essaie.  Il ne prenne pas en considération les appels que j,ai fait pour cancellé "le membership " et en plus j'ai du leur envoyé au moi 20 e-mail de cancellation et ce à tous les adresses que je pouvais le contacter.  Je l'ai mettais en copie conforme.... et non il continue toujours.
Alors j'ai du appellez visa desjardins et parler à un agent pour lui explique le cas.  Moi je voulais que Visa me bloque ma carte mais ça marche pas comme ça qu'il m'ont dit.  J'ai du me monter un dossier de 25 pages ,  avec tous les e-mails envoyés et recu de cette compagnie merdique + compte de téléphone pour preuve que j,ai  bien appellée pour cancellée + extrait des multiples transactions qu'il font sur ma carde visa.  J'ai faxé le tout à visa "Administration" le 5 juin .  Mon dossier est en traitement présentement.  Par contre, ça peut prendre jusqu'à 120 jours pour régler le problème , qu'un agent de visa m'a dit.  Visa doive contacter ce marchand "frauduleux selon moi "  et doit s'entendre ensemble pour des remboursements....  J'ai bien hâte que ça soit régler.
Je vous en redonne des nouvelles quand j'en aurai.
