    Caller asked my name, i replied then caller hung up. I tried calling back, rang once then it went immediately to buzy signal. I did this 3 separate times and got the same results for all.

    How many times will you allow them to call before you obtain a call blocker?  Google (or your favorite search engine) is your friend.
