I got the same vm saying they wanted to come to my house something about my ss number

I also received a VM from a Tia Culver. She wants my address to get my signature on some documents tied to my ssn.

Same message. Sounds like a robocall. Had my name in the voicemail message though. Contacted my attorney general’s office and they confirmed its a scam.

Keft a voice mail need address doc.  Attached to my ss.  Need to call befire sent to county when i could sign.

If u call an speak wit her she will tell you who the filing party is..they do handle legal notices for many clients..i all got ame client n called verfi who they hired..do your home work..its called following chain of command

Got the same Voicemail from Tia Culvar about a complaint list against my SSN. I called ready to demand a proof of debt. But she told me who the original creditor was and it was my debt so I need to pay it. She very professional and friendly. Set up a payment arrangement. Glad I called. They handle different loans, mortgages and so forth that are in default.

I wouldn’t believe the ones saying to believe her. First off if tia culver was a real person and really did work in a Hewitt& legal department you would but able to search name and this number and the office name and number would pop up as the first result not multiple phone scam search engine sites. Do not call this person back do not give your address and do not verify any !

Definitely a scam.  First, Hewitt and Associates have never heard of her. Second, they just show up at the address on file they don't call to warn and verify. Third, she was calling for someone totally different and then I told her my name she suddenly had something for me too. Wow how lucky was she that she doesn't have to call me too. If the ones above really provided payment information you should definitely cancel the card. Any true debt collection will send papers.

Her name is probably an alias name so that's why it won't pull up. I am a family member getting a call for my sister. Why would they contact me if it wasn't legit? guess people will figure it out when they get summoned to court. Good luck!

Well, “Anne” (or is that “Donald” or “April”; sorry all of you shills post alike) if “Tia Culvar” was working for a legitimate law firm or process server or debt collector, why would she have to hide behind an alias?  Rhetorical question, she would not.  You ask “Why would they contact me if it wasn't legit?”, well it is a SCAM (duh), but you already know that, being one of their shills.  Most of the other posters here have already sniffed out the stench of your scam and your pathetic little attempts to make it seem legitimate have failed.  But do not be sad, failures like yours are Good Things!
