    A lady calls several times a day.  If I answer, and ask what she needs, she hangs up.   My husband has dementia and sometimes answers.  She asks him for money for some cancer fund.  If I hear him talking to her, I disconnect the call. She keeps calling every day. My husband says it is a very nice lady and he doesn't want to be rude.  Very irritating.

    You can get a call blocking app that can whitelist incoming calls to prevent people from taking advantage of your husband. Whitelisting is blocking ALL calls except those you input to allow.
