This phone number keeps calling me about 3-4 times a day. I just need a way to stop it. And when I answer, nobody is on the other line.

Been getting calls lately from various numbers, this one included.  I get them on my VoIP line, which I may seem to be a cell line to someone.  Anyway, I think the call is to see if it is an active cellular number, so they can send you a SCAM txt about Sprint, Verizon, or whomever saying that they are canceling your "unemployment Debit Card", or whatever, to get your personal info and scam you.

Thats what I believe it is, since I have been getting A LOT of those too!  I HATE scammers, and I would personally like to remove their fingers with my chain saw. Start there, anyway.

Im having the same issues that everyone else seems to be having with this number calls many times a day and try to sell insurance. When I call them back the mail box is full this number is listed as a pre-pay cell phone so the police department can't do much about it. I have also filed a complaint with The Sheriffs department and she suggested calling our phone company and telling them that we have filed a complaint with the Sheriff and they should block the number I have yet to do this so I don't know if they will yet but its a suggestion.

his person calls at least 2 times a day and will not answer. I am getting fed up of this BS. I would consider this phone harassment and needs to stop.

This number called me three times today.  The first two they hung up without saying anything.  The third time I had a friend answer, and a woman calling asked to speak to me by name.

I see that this number is calling and hanging up on many other people, I was wondering if anyone else had been asked for by name.  I will be calling the local police to report the incident- thank you to whoever listed the number.

Just a repeat of the other complaints. I got 3 calls a day today from this no.(830-255-4348) and have had several calls from it in the last week only to answer and get a hangup. Then, when I returned the call, I get a "mailbox is full message" type answer machine answer. From all these similar complaints, this sounds like harassment to me from some unchecked phone scam artist

They keep calling me, so for kicks, when I seen their # on my called ID, I opened the line but didnt say anything.  Some female seemed confused on the other end, and asked "is this XXXX"(I use a fake first-last name in filling out some forms online, for security purposes), I said "yes", and she disconnected the line.

CLUE 1!  Recently I requested information on health insurance quotes that I used my fake name with!  

Anyone else recently request Health Insurance quote online?

Called back and got a voicemail.

Is it safe to call back such numbers?

What is the intent of such callers?

Called my cell.  I do not wish to receive telemarketing calls on my cell.

same deal, before I was getting calls from 407-687-5435 1 to 2 times per day almost every day for about a week or two.  That finally stopped.  Now, just today five minutes ago, I got a call from this number, 830-255-4348.  what the H---??????  How are they getting our numbers???? I pick up, no one there.  I call it back, mailbox full.  I tried letting my answering machine pick up on the other number and they never leave a message.  I am calling my attorney general.  No one seems to know what to do about this!

They keep calling me everyday also. I know last week I had checked into some insurance online and entered my #. I think this may be from that inquiry? Very annoying with no one on the other end when you answer and if you call back you get a (voice box is full) line...

The same things been happening to me but no one talks.

They have been calling at least twice a day for a week now! I pick up but nobody talk. They hangup.

Calls usually once or twice a day, If i answer and say "hello" they hang up, If i answer and don't say anything, some one will ask for me by name after a few moments. I have not said anything to them yet, just hung up.
This is very annoying so i got a call blocker program for my phone, they will now just be sent to my voice mail (which only states my number, no other info about me on voice mail)

BTW, looking up their area code is useless, they could be anywhere, as now with VoIP lines can be ANYWHERE, and they can use ANY caller ID they want!  Best to call your phone provider to trace the call.  Maybe THEY can do something.
