kamloops .BC .just got call from that number. didn't answer and they didn't leave a message

Just got the call. Did not pick up.

I just got a call too. Victoria BC just before 5pm. Does it have something to do with our cell company? I rarely give my number out...

Who is your cell phone carrier?  I have been called 2 times by this number.  I never have picked it up.

got a call answered it hung up. I'm from Ontario.

As soon as I heard a recorded voice say "Congratulations!" I hung up.

the person had a severe lisp.

They called my cell number. Odd...I've only had it for a month. How'd they get the number????? I live in Ontario.

Just got the call, same as above, the "Congratulations" message.  Hung up immediately.  Cell phone is thru Bell.
