I have received calls from 831-295-8493 over the past two days...same middle eastern accents.  They go on to mention that I owe $5000 for a pay day loan.  I never applied or received any funds from any payday loan company.  Nevertheless, they had all my personal data.  They have threatened that I must pay this amount or face severe consequences.  I told them I would not provide any response to them until I received a certified letter from their company regarding the claim details and hung up the phone...so far no calls, but it has only been 4 hours.

Has called my phone 10 to 20 times from some Eastern place looking for a Joesph Gray. I turned the table and kept calling them back until the would no longer answer the phone

I am receiving threatening and harrassing calls at my place of employment, I have repeatedly requested the company to stop calling me at work; these people have heavy thick middle eastern accents and are very, very rude and mean.

Ok people if you don't want these people to call you again do this: When you answer the phone and they ask for you reply: This is a Federal Tap and Trace Phone and their is no such person, This line was set up to gather infomation on your latest scam. If they don't back down and hang up ask for THEIR full name etc.  If they start to cuss at you just laugh. I can guantee they will not call again. I know this works because I am retired law enforcement and a friend had this happening to her. When they called I answered their phone and did the above.  TA DA  Works everytime.

I recieved the same message from a man in broken English.   I didn't take the call but he left a verbally threatening with the same information.  He said they would call my work, well go ahead because I don't work.  I don't have a payday loan.  When I tried to just recall the number they hang up. But they gave me a number with an overseas prefix.  I don't call overseas.  It is just a shame that no one can stop these people.

I got ahold of a Mark that was a supervisor and he had my name and my ss# and demanded payment from Cash1000.  I never had a payday loan.  I gave him the federal tapped line and he told me I was mistaken.  I told him that he was and he said they were coming to my house to arrest me.   I told him to bring it on.  I told him that there was no such person and everything he read was a mistake and my phone was tapped my the federal government to find out their latest scams.  He kept trying to talk over me as I hung up the Phon.

These people called me on June 15 2011 claiming i owed a payday loan and i knew i didn't.So I researched it and called my bank and the police. 2 weeks later they repeatedly called again and told me i would be recieving legal documents to go to county court house. When i started askind questions they screamed and cursed at me then hyng up
