They called me but didn't leave a message. I think it's spam or telemarketer.

I’m tired of whoever they are calling! I block them but they call from a different number the next day. I’m assuming it’s the same caller.

Have no clue who called from this number. Looks like it's a scam number from what I have been reading. Blocked & deleted this number for my phone.

Called our land line at 8:24am, Saturday morning.  CID read "PORTFOLIORECOV."  I assume that this is some kind of collection scam.  We received dozens of these types of calls back in the summer months.  On the two occasions that I did answer, the callers were asking for a "John Thomas" and a "Michelle."  Not us and not even close!  Have now blocked the entire 832 area code.

They keep calling from every state in the country. I have over 200 blocked numbers from those [***]!

Portfolio Recovery zombie debt collection scumbags. They try to extort money out of anybody they reach on ancient junk debts they buy for cents on the dollar, whether or not it's actually that person's debt. Known to use spoof numbers. May be spawns of Satan.

Who the hell is this idiot calling me from Texas at 6 in the morning on my one day off!!!  I see scam and debt collector, I haven't even had a credit card in over 10 years.  I get scam numbers from all over the country, how did they get my number and how is this not illegal!

What makes you think scammers care if something is illegal?
