calling me saying they have a legal matter

The number 832-307-1624 phoned my landline on 08-19-20 at 1319 hrs. They left no voicemail. I dialed it back, blocked, 3 times, and a recording answered saying the person you are trying to reach is not accepting phone calls at this time. It's a Non-Fixed/VOIP/Skype/Google number. Its carrier service is Broadwing Communications, Llc - Tx.

Left message saying buying houses in my area would like to buy mine. Unwanted call. My home is not for sale!

Company staff referred to the organization as "Dealer Plus". When I asked who they were/what they do, the questions were ignored in attempt to verify my name -- which wasn't happening.

I told the 1st person I spoke with my number is on the National DNC list, to remove me from their call lists & she didn't respond or end the call-- just sat there 🤷‍♀️

I called back & told the 2nd person same thing --this time adding a reminder of FCC regulations on all telemarketers' duty to scrub their call lists. I told him if they're not scrubbing, they're breaking the law & if they're choosing to call people anyway then they're still breaking the law & if they continue to break the laws that serve me I will file suit on their organization. He said my number would be removed right away.

This was 2 days ago...
Guess what number tried calling AGAIN only a few hrs ago???
