Started with indicating to be Windows tech from MS, end up in trying to sell software. If MS is so concerned why do not they issue it as a free update patch.

A man called that I could barely understand and said he was from Windows technical support calling about a problem with my windows.  I told him this was impossible because I don't own a computer.  I asked him how he received my cell number and he became agitated.  I told him not to call me back and hung up.  This is the second crazy call I have reported in two weeks.

i have received a couple of calls from this number... today i asked questions. The foreign man with a very heavy middle eastern accent told me he was calling from windows tech support. Hmmm... (red flag) He then continued to tell me about some errors to my computer from downloading, from the past FEW weeks. FEW weeks???? I had asked him this few weeks question  several times, he would reply the same thing, "yes miss, the past FEW weeks"
Finally i was so angered and knew it was a scam, i have NOT had the computer a FEW WEEKS but a couple of days. NOTHING HAS BEEN DOWNLOADED nor have i had any problems or errors. I don't know what they want but i wouldn't give any information. Just figured i would share because when i looked up this number and found this website, as i read through the other messages i clearly understood i am not the only one and it is a bogus call.

Got a new phone number about a month ago, and the number of calls I have received because of the previous owner and their perhaps bad/perhaps uninformed choices is astounding. Scam calls have abounded, the number of calls received about new payday loans, time to pick up medications...it is beyond insane. I understand that some of this is to be expected for a period of time, but the fact this number called me so long after the fact is frustrating. I'm on the Do Not Call Registry (I know that doesn't necessarily do a whole lot, but I sure can report them!), and have been since I got the number. Since we're just past the 31-day window of when the Registry would take affect, I'm reporting this number based on all of the above!  So thank you all for reporting - it helps to minimize being subjected to all of these scams.

Keep calling me stating malicious items have been downloaded. I've had the computer 1 month and have downloaded 3 items (Skype) (Diablo3) and (battle net.com) all in which are either purchases or free and legal. Pls end this number it's getting really aggrivating and annoying having to talk to these ppl wanting to sell stuff.

Terrorist scammer.  First Fort Hood now this?  Our government needs to get their heads out of their butts.

Don't give these [***] any money, they use it to fund terrorism.

Unfortunately our government is more interested in spying on American citizens than going after the real thugs.

I got the same call telling me that I was downloading malicious software and he was from windows tech support.  Asked if I did any online banking, purchases.  I could barely understand him.  Somebody needs to investigate him and put a stop to it.
